Good customer service. We forgot toothpaste, and the front office staff provided us samples. The staff serving breakfast were friendly, and the grits were delicious.

Bathroom was filthy- still hair and dirt all in bathroom. AC was set on 59 when got in room so caused it to freeze up which caused wet carpet in room.

The air conditioner in our room leaked the whole time. It smelled musty. Room 117 needs to be closed permanently until the air compressor is fixed. I am sure there is black mold in the carpet by air conditioner. We will always, from now on, go check the room, air conditioner unit, carpet, bathrooms and beds before we officially check in. Not good.
