Nice hotel with a few minor inconveniences

Nice, clean hotel. Felt safe and well attended. A few inconveniences—new tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it, no hand soap in bathroom, missing hand towels in bathroom. It was late when we arrived so after maintenance and to look at the tv, I didn’t bother calling for the items that the room was missing. I would stay there again.

We really wanted to like this hotel. The restaurant served a really good fried chicken sandwich. The wait staff was great. Our biggest issue was our toilet stopped flushing. We called the front desk at six a.m. to get maintenance to fix it, apparently maintenance didn’t come in till 630. So we went down to breakfast, and came back after 7 o’clock. Our toilet still wasn’t fixed. We ended up having to use the lobby bathroom. Unacceptable.

This property has become my favorite stay when I visit family & friends. The front desk checking is smooth, thanks to "Donna" for my last stay she really help this veteran out for the comfort commendation. I'll see you again hopeful in October for my next stay. Great location but a bit awkward to exit, clean rooms, the only thing was blanket was too thin. Lastly the bedwas too firm, my back was hurting most of the night. It seemed i was laying on the flat floor.

Not the bang for my buck

The common area outside was very dated and dingy nothing like the pics maybe from when they first opened for the price of the room it was very minimal compared to other suites I have stayed in at lesser costing establishments
