We were not told the pool was out of service and we were there for a week The outside patio area was unkept and smelled due to an overflowing trash can Upon checking there were no rooms clean and ready so we waiting in the lobby for almost an hour and the receptionist was not approachable There was a community member loitering at the front desk talking to the staff while we waited for our room

We booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids. When we checked in, they had a sign saying the pool wasn’t open. This should have been mentioned at booking or an email sent by the hotel. Not very clean. Kids found gummies on the floor. Could have been laced with something. Got flushed before the kids ate them.

The stay overall was fine but the elevator was disgusting. I took photos. Also the day we were scheduled to leave they were knocking on our room to clean the room. The room itself was clean.

We have stayed there several times and this was the best. Front desk was class A. The man who made breakfast on Saturday did it an hour earlier so the bicycle riders could eat and get downtown to start races on time. Thanks to everyone.

Clean and easy

Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds, lots of TV channel selections. Breakfast was good, would probably recommend they have biscuits as well. But all in all was a great stay

It was good for the price. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the whole building is old and needs replaced. The breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a jet tub room but the jets were dirty and the shower did not drain well. Overall it was okay but nothing special

Nice property with great staff, but it is showing some wear that needs some attention. Little things like the carpet getting into the elevator is torn at the door edge (trip hazard), the carpet in the hallways is really showing wear and dirt, and the only ice machine working was on the third floor. The room was very clean, and the A/C was the coldest I have ever experienced. Staff all VERY nice and helpful. Would stay here again, and would recommend it to other travelers..

Staff was nice and breakfast got better after the first day. Room was clean. Elevator was broken the day I got there and was fixed the next day. I had to carry everything up to the third floor. Stayed 1 week so I had more then just a little bag.

The property upon entering the hotel is very nice. The gentleman behind the desk was nice. BUT, after the lobyy you had to turn left or right to the hallways to get to your room. The right hallway had a door at the very end that went to the parking lot. The door handle was taped open with 5 pieces of duct tape to keep it open. From the parking lot all you had to do was just pull open the door and walk in. I did tell the gentleman at the front desk. This was about 3pm. He said he knew about it and would tell his manager. I also called a number I found on the internet to discuss Comfort Hotel for issues. This was about 7 pm. I did explain it to a woman and she said she would send an email out to the manager. She told me to check in a few hours to see if the door would lock. I did....@ 11 pm. Nope..still taped open. The door was still taped open at 7 am. This issue is very unsafe for the public. I like Comfort hotel and suites...but I will never stay at this one again.
