Location is great but thats it, customer service for 5 star hotel nonegsistant, first and only hotel here where we were not greeted, attended or helped upon arrival. Bar area was closed and noone advised. Rooms old and upkeep medioker. Would not condsider a 5 star hotel.

Great location, right next to University Studio, food streets, and candy shops. The hotel rooms and decorations are a bit dated. Checkin speed was very slow. If location is top consideration, pick Hotel Michael. Otherwise can compare with other hotels.

Rooms are great except our request for rooms near the lift for the oldies was not reserved for us despite the fact that we book many days before our trip. some of the servicing staffs are good but some needs more improvement as they are not paying attention on customer. Birthday stay
We arrived early and it was raining. Amelia the lady who checked us in chatted to her manager who kindly upgraded us so we could check in straight away. The staff always had a smile on their faces. It is so well situated, walking distance to SEA aquarium, waterworld and universal. The express is right outside and takes you everything else. Would recommend this hotel
