We really enjoyed our short stay. The woman working nights at the front desk was exceptional as we came in at midnight!! We were able to do laundry and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was wonderful and a nice surprise. I totally recommend this location!!

The front desk was polite and helpful. Free breakfast was excellent. The location provides easy access to the highway and lots of local restaurants and casinos, but it is quiet and the beds are comfortable.

Property was very clean. Bed comfortable. The combined pocket door to the closet and bathroom would not close completely because it was uneven and the door stops were not properly aligned. Bathroom privacy was affected by the door not closing completely.

The hotel is as nice as any Hilton property. Everything was as it should be at this facility. Nice staff and clean facilities. Very comfortable sleeping.

NO HOT WATER ANY DAY!!!! Was charged 50 dollars on June 20 2024 not sure why room was not damaged. No explanation of this charge on stayfolio. KIds in hallway past 10pm, in lobby all night running screaming in and out the doors going outside. Guests left dogs alone in room and they howled for hours couldn't sleep day or night. I should refunded my money it was a horrible experience and will never stay there again.

No so customer friendly

I made a mistake on the app and tried to correct it immediately. So I didn’t actually stay even though I was charged for the stay. Got a ridiculous runaround between the hotel and Expedia as to who I needed to contact for my refund. In the end no refund for a 4 minute mistake by an old woman. I’m not sure who’s more greedy here the hotel or Expedia.
