The staff was amazing and helpful. The other guests let their dogs use the bathroom on the sidewalks and it was tracked in the hall. I don’t blame the hotel, just rude and disrespectful people who let it happen!

When I checked in with my puppy I was told there would be a $50 charge for my pet that would be returned when I checked out. I was staying Southern nights on my last night in the middle of the night they charged me $50 again on top of the $50 when I first arrived I have yet to receive either back and then they tried to charge my card another $50 an hour ago! Watch your credit cards for UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!! WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS THE MATTER THEY HUNG UP ON ME!! AVOID!!!!! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!

The hotel was just overall filthy, old, and dated. Smelt like cigarette smoke in the building from years prior covered up by some fragrance. The room was dirty, bedside table had coffee spilt on it. There were stains on the walls, mold and drywall exposed in the bathroom. Particle board showing on the toilet seat that I had to cover up with toilet paper to use the toilet. I would never stay here. I promise you just spend the extra money to stay somewhere else this place is gross and everything is broken. The pool is unswimmable and the "fitness center" was closed when I arrived.
