This facility requires the guest to sign acknowledging that if a pet is taken inside the room, or if someone smokes in the room, that large fees will be added to the bill. I'm fine signing the acknowledgement. I am not fine when the hotel refuses to go check the room at check out AND give me a Signed Statement that states the room has no pet or smoking issues Mike (not his real name because he migrated from a part of the world that does not use English given names, at the Front Desk, looked at me as if I was demanding the cure for cancer. I had to ask "Mike" three times. At one point I handed him my receipt and asked for the pet/smoking policy release. After breakfast I returned to the front desk and my receipt was on the counter for anyone and everyone to see, including my name, address, and phone number. Eventually "Mike" initialed the receipt but I had to write in "No Pet or Smoking Issues." Policy: No problem No Inspection: PROBLEM

It is the staff that keep us coming back each and every time. While some of the hotel is dated, it fits our needs just fine. Our children enjoy the pool and making waffles for breakfast in the morning. You are very near to the interstate, food and shopping.

This was a fine place as a stopover . Room was comfy, tv and fridge worked. Carpet a little scruffy. Breakfast was average. Coffee good. Overall it was an average place to stay, what you would expect for the price. I don’t know why Google wants me to say what was wrong when I rate something average. It’s average. Nothing more or less! I’d stay here again for the price. Maybe not for a week, but for a night.

The facilities are old. The airconditioner was making a lot of noise when it was on. The ventilator in the bathroom was noisy. Breakfast was good.

One front desk gentleman was the happiest guy you could ask for, so he was a 5 star. As far as other staff, I brought a piece of poop in a Kleenex up to the front desk to show the staff, that my son had picked up off the floor. All he said was that it wasn’t supposed to be an animal room, but offered no help beyond that.

Decently priced, decent stay...

Needed a place to get a few hours rest and shower before hitting the road again for a 25 hour drive. Check in was a easy process, very friendly staff. There is a incidental holding fee of $50 upon check in, which is lower than most hotels I have stayed at in the past. Trash was left in the trash bins from previous stayers but bed and surfaces were otherwise clean. Hotel was decently quiet surprisingly with how packed it was. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary and would stay again.

A quick overnight on a road trip. Hotel was as expected - basic but reasonable. This hotel is seeing wear and could use a facelift, however acceptable for a short overnight stay.

The room was very clean. The only problem I had was that there wasn't much parking in the front, so I had to parked behind the building. They did have a door in the back that I used, however it didn't really feel the safest.
