Clean hotel with decent breakfast and good size pool for kids …great area with food and ice cream that are within walking distance and even a grocery store you can walk too with Starbucks and nice deli to eat at …great location !

I would stay again. I did not use the pool. Other family said the pool looked old and could be cleaner. Since I did not use the pool I am not reviewing it. The hotel was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was excellent with numerous choices of eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Overall great stay.

Nice area around the hotel. Stay was good, only issue was the shower, the first night we could adjust the water temp hot or cooler. Our last 3 days the water was extremely hot! Even only barely turning It was difficult to get a shower, it never had cool water at all just HOT! Someone needs to check it.

Clean comfortable rooms. Bath tub was extremely slippery and they should install some anti-skip strips or something to make it less prone to slipping. Also, couldn't get hot water from the bathroom sink...lukewarm at best. Only one elevator for that size property seems pretty small. Hard to get to a lower floor with everyone trying to use it at the same time.

Clearly understaffed. Granted there was a big game in town and because no rooms were ready early, there was a long line for check in and one staff person. My key didn’t work so had to return to lobby. The person working was doing her best with the circumstances.
