The room was dirty and the bath tub/shower was full of orange mold. I will never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Custer service upon check in was TOP NOTCH! The facility itself is very old and I. Desperate need of upgrades. The microwave in the room did not work. It really felt like a super cheap motel ( which it is not ) once upgraded, definitely will stay again

The staff are amazing!!! I really appreciate the welcoming hospitality from Oriana Hines and Shaquenta Hamlett. I can only hope for more hospitality professionals like them. Larkspur Corporate if you’re reading this, the employees at this location deserve a raise and to be celebrated for the way they represent your brand. They are the reason for this review. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you again ladies and all the other staff for your commitment to service. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

The front desk staff were friendly. But the room amenities were not too good. Room is spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. But the shampoo bottle was empty. The door to the cabinet where the iron board and the extra comforter placed was stuck and my husband had to spend 10 mnts to open it. The sink and the toilet were in good condition. But there were stains inside the tub. The carpet looks very old too. Breakfast choices were not too bad, but not that great. Luckily it was a one night stay for us and we reached late at night and left early in the morning. But would not go back for sure.

Property not a 5 star resort but very nice, rooms more than what I expected, clean. Had a key card problem at arrival and the front desk was cordial and very helpful. I’ll stay here again

Our first room had mold on the shower ceiling and overall was just terrible and dirty, second room they moved us to had water damage and the wall was coming apart, the bathroom in the second room had water damage and rust in the tub. We ended up leaving and going to the Marriott next door. Paid more but we had a comfortable safe clean stay and staff was amazing at the Marriott.

I accepted to be greed and given information about the hotel but I was given the key to the room direction to get there. In the room clean but needs updates. In the bathroom when someone else flashes the toilet it feels like the whole is falling g apart . Getting ready to go the the pool only to find out it’s close. Not a great experience, breakfast ok
