They decided to claim I broke and stained things that were already broken and stained. Pull out couch mattress looked like someone bled out on it. No one came by for housekeeping in the 6 days we were there. They are attempting to keep my deposit, but that is not happening.

Stayed here before as the beds are very comfortable and staff is very good with their customer service. The hotel does need some tender, loving care in the maintenance department as one of the rooms. The TV wasn’t working and another room. The toilet wasn’t working correctly so probably need some updates but other than that it’s very nice hotel convenient and the beds are amazing.

So very loud!! I could hear every conversation from our neighbors. Felt like my child wasn’t allowed to walk around because it would disturb someone below us. There is zero noise insulation. Breakfast was poor. Air cuts on and off all night.

Nice, basic hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient. Good shower. Excellent value for the price. "Hot breakfast" was mushy flavored potatoes in a crock pot or make your own waffle. Otherwise had the usual continental bfast items.

The man who checked us in was the only good thing this place has! Everything else went down hill from there. Room had issues but we had them handle by that one nice person. At breakfast the woman at desk had her phone so loud it was offensive. We couldn't have a conversation with each other. She was rude to other guests too! No customer service what so ever!! Upon check out I was told to just leave my key on counter and i could go by man who i think was the manager on duty. But who knows because they lack customer service and dont care about their guests. So i will not stay here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone!

We were greeted warmly by Robert who checked us in. The room was cool and clean with enough room for our bags and other items. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast this morning.

The room was very small with the one queen bed. Could not locate an otlet near the bed to plug in my heating pad. Not enough room to even lay on floor to do some stretching exercises. Brea
