Staff was very nice…. My only big complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Hair on sheets when we arrived, then the sheets were supposed to be changed but weren’t. Bathroom dirty, bedding stained & dirty, carpet badly stained. Would not stay again.

It is a great place for a quick say. Staff was very friendly, the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The carpet needs replaced! I’m r is visibly dirty in parts of the hotel. I would stay here again for a quick one night stay.

Booked on Expedia, photos looked great: got here, and immediately noticed that the place smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked in and going down the hallway to my room the carpet was filthy. The carpet in my room felt sticky to my feet and left my feet dirty. In the middle of the night, someone was smoking a cigarette and set the smoke detector off for the whole hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning and we had to evacuate and let the fire department clear the building. Worst night sleep of my life. This was $70 cheaper than the Holiday Inn and I deeply regret my decision. You pay for a hotel to get a good nights sleep, I didn’t get a good nights sleep. They literally must’ve taken the photos of this hotel 10 years ago when they remodeled it and they’ve not cleaned or upgraded it much sense. Especially shampooing the carpets.

*Dated, Dirty, and Neglected* The hotel was overall dated and dirty, a truly unpleasant experience. The carpets were so stained and filthy we had to buy towels to cover the carpeting just to walk on them. We even purchased our own pillows, sheets, and towels because the provided ones were unacceptable. And purchased cleaning products to sanitize the room and bathroom as best as we could. The furniture was covered in dust, and it seemed like no maintenance had been done in years. The bathroom was grimy, with stains everywhere. Unfortunately, there were no other accommodations available in the area for the weekend, so we had to stay. I would never recommend this hotel—it’s in desperate need of cleaning and updates.
