2 bedroom,1 bath, located on the beach in the heart of South Padre.

BE COMFORTABLE | Our two bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and antibacterial luxury white sheets. Each room has a built in USB port on each lamp and a fun clock/alarm clock. If you prefer to sleep-in, just draw the drapes before bedtime. Open the sliding glass doors in the master and let the soothing sound of the surf and the scent of fresh salt air lull you to sleep.

The kitchen offers a fun play in color with a new vintage turquoise fridge, new stainless steel stove/oven and range hood. Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.

EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool's temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees.

STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms.

GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children. Activities include but are not limited to: golf, parasailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few.

No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands.

Beautiful views and great location

The sunrise, moonrise and beach views from the balcony were my favorite. We love to walk everywhere when on the island and utilize the free shuttles when needed. The location is perfect and safe.

Wonderful Condo

While the condo was darling and right on the ocean we were not able to complete our stay. The building had a boiler problem which required new parts, so we had no hot water. We got in touch with Rachel immediately, and she responded quickly working with us to find the best solution. While we were disappointed that our stay was short, Rachel and Willie were excellent hosts. We hope to visit again sometime and rent from Rachel and Willie.

Wonderful time on SPI

Breathtaking views, pool is great, walkable to a lot of great places. The beach access was wonderful!!! Condo is beautiful, well-maintained and has a lot of extra perks. Only suggestion we have is to have a tv in bedroom perhaps and the water pressure and temperature in shower left a little to be desired.

Mom’s Break ‘25

My best friend and I rented this cute little condo on the beach for our mom’s vacation. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was very clean. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were so fast to respond. Now that our vacation is coming to an end we are sitting at the airport wishing for one more day! Until next year SPI! Thanks for the hospitality and memories.

Adorable getaway spot!

Our little family of 4 stayed in this beautiful condo for a weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! The check in process was incredibly easy due to the clear communication from the host beforehand. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The view from the balcony was one of my favorite parts because it was so peaceful and beautiful. The only downside was it did get hot when the sun was blazing in the windows but that is nothing the host can control so we were very happy overall! We hope to use the condo again for our next visit

Nice Summer Break

First time on padre island, very nice place for family vacation. The property is on 8th floor, facing the ocean, my daughter didn’t want to get up for sunrise but she could just open her curtain lying on bed to watch it 😊 Location is very convenient to walk to anywhere, the owner is very nice replying to my message almost immediately!

This was definitely the best decision for our family vacation with two teenage daughter's that only wanted the beach and sun for their summer getaway! Not only did they get that but also parasailing and snorkeling and plenty of night life and great places to eat! And this VRBO was awesome! Very clean, amazing view and really a home away from home for our week long escape from life!!! Highly recommend this rental...smooth checkin/checkout... everything was as listed! I really do wanna go back!!!

Perch paradise

The wrap around view priceless. The neighbors were very friendly, beach access was very close. Pool was wonderful, landscaping tip top. I had wished washer/dryer was in unit but there was public access downstairs and only cost 2.25 load. We would return.
