The condo is located at the Royale Beach & Tennis Club and is just a short walk to popular restaurants and night life.

Renters should know that this unit is a timeshare, therefore the images provided will not be an exact depiction of the unit. However, we are frequent visitors and can confidently say that each unit has a similar layout with similar furnishings.

RESORT POLICIES:
-A security deposit of $200 is due at check in.
-$25 Security Bands are required for all guests ages 12 to 29 (spring break policy)
-Limited parking is available at the resort. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted.
