We invite you and your guests to indulge in a subtropical island vacation in our beachfront townhouse on South Padre Island. Our family-friendly 4-bedroom home has the dreamy atmosphere of a New England beach house with the boisterous setting of a tropical island. With room for up to 10, our fully furnished bedrooms and 3 upstairs bathrooms will make you and your guests feel right at home. Our Primary Suite is a vacation destination all on its own with its private beachfront balcony, full bathroom, and bathtub overlooking the ocean. Our 1st and 2nd guest rooms are ideally suited for a family who wants to stick close together thanks to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a King bed while the other has 2 Queens. The 4th guest room has a full bathroom across the hall, a comfy king bed, and a flat-screen TV. Our home has fast Gigabyte wifi, perfect for remote learning, business travelers, and gamers.

Our open-floor living spaces make a befitting backdrop for your beach vacation. The foodie in your group will relish having a kitchen loaded with full-size appliances, a taste of the beach right out the patio doors, and the freshest flavors from our charming local grocery: Blue Marlin or the weekend Farmer's Market. Our perfectly equipped kitchen overlooks our dining space that doubles as the headquarters for your family's annual Game Night. Our warm, wood dining table seats up to 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar, which looks across the kitchen. We've outfitted our living room, which we've playfully dubbed "The Napping Capital of South Padre Island," with a vast L-shaped sectional that is everyone's favorite spot in the house. You can see the entire downstairs area, the pool, the beach, and the TV from here. And while our living space is everyone's favorite indoor spot, our private patio with bubbling hot tub and private pool is everyone's favorite outdoor spot. Thanks to the grill, outdoor seating, sparkling pool, and fantastic beach view, you and your crew will spend most of your time on our patio. South Padre Island's smooth sands and warm gulf waters will be just steps away from you while you dine alfresco, sip drinks, and make memories with loved ones. Our vacation home is exactly what you're looking for. This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The living areas and kitchen are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the patio and pool. On the second floor, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room, and counter space with a coffee maker.

Fantastic Escape from the Cold
We had family from NC, TN, and IA converge here to spend a few days out of the cold, and it did not disappoint. The space was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been talking about a cruise this time next year, but now we're thinking about a return trip.

Excellent beachfront home
This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. It was right on the beach and very spacious. The home included everything we could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher and laundry supplies, beach chairs and boogie boards, board games, movies, etc.. It was hands down the best place we have ever rented. We will definitely be back!

Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub in the backyard. House was clean, someone cleaned the pool and hot tubs twice during our stay. Lots of appliances and fun outdoor activities in the garage. Great location on the island with easy beach walking to some great restaurants.

Beautiful beach retreat
This property was wonderful. The living space is huge, airy, and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a vacation rental. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach with amazing views from the downstairs living area and the upstairs primary bedroom and bath. Beds were comfortable. The pictures and listing information was accurate - if anything, there was more at the home than what was included in the listing. We had one issue with a loud neighbor one night, and the property company responded promptly.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!
This very roomy house is right on the beach. There is a very short walk from the back gate to the ocean's edge making it very convenient to go back and forth between the house and the ocean. We had umbrellas and chairs set up on the sand every day for a very reasonable charge. The pool is small, but perfect for our purposes, and the hot tub was used every day of our stay. The location was super-close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. Check-in was easy and the one minor issue we had was quickly resolved. We really enjoyed our first trip to South Padre and would definitely recommend this house as a home base.

The property was amazing. Everything exactly as presented. Enjoyed the hot tub and even the pool (more than a bit chilly). The beach was amazing and so easy to walk out the door and be there. The area was quiet yet within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. We enjoyed Wanna Wanna in the afternoon and Bar Louie for dinner. Love the SPI brewery and Tequila Sunrise. I would definately return and stay a the same place!!

Perfect Beach Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo on the beach. Our family went to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time as a family right on the beach. We loved being able to come and go to the beach with such ease. The pool and hot tub on the patio was a huge bonus for when we did not want to be out on the sand. It was also conveniently located on the island to pretty much everything the island had to offer.

A wonderful weekend getaway on the beach in a beautiful home. Views of the ocean from the patio and easy access when needing to come back and forth from the beach. Incredible view and amenities
We had such an amazing time at this property. Steps away from the beach and an incredible view of the sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the convenience of the beach towels provided. Between the beach toys, chairs, and tents this place has everything you need for an incredible stay. The internet was a bit shoddy making it difficult to watch tv at times, but that would be my only complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is very nice. I was immediately blown away by the view and closeness to to beach, which was literally steps away. Our upstairs sir conditioning (where all four rooms are located) stopped working on the second day and they were able to fix it the next morning. Other than that, our stay was terrific and I would highly recommend this property.

A very nice and comfortable stay!
This is our second time there. The place overall is very nice and comfortable. There was an issue with the sliding door lock. I wished I had waited until the last day to notify them because the handyman took a few trips to our place to fix it and it was a bit disruptive to our gathering. Despite that, we would recommend the place and would come again.
