Property seemed nice but when toilet was not working and a smell of sewage was in the room along with water leaking into the hall from another room seemed a bit much. Also ants are an issue in the room

This option was slightly more expensive than others, but the pictures made us think it would be worth the extra money. After check in, our problems began, I noticed ants all around our coffee maker. I called the front desk and maintenance came up AT LEAST one hour after my complaint. When he arrived he sprayed while we sat on our bed, and before leaving told us the spray was non-toxic. Later in the evening we went to bed, but didn’t sleep well as our room felt like it was 90 degrees and the air conditioning was loud. The next morning we woke up and had ants crawling on us in bed. We also found 50 plus ants all over one of the night stands. I suggested a new room and they switched us. When inspecting the new room I found BOOGERS around our new coffee machine. I had been told we were moving to a freshly cleaned room. Three hours after notifying housekeeping, the boogers were still there. I went to the front desk and complained THREE more times throughout the day before anything was done. During these complaints I was also told a move was required when they spray for ants because we cannot be in the room. I asked for a discount because I was unsatisfied with my stay and all they did was waive my parking fee. Lastly, we thought the air conditioning in our first room was bad, but it was nothing compared to the noise made in our second room. I now have no desire to stay here again or recommend this resort to anyone we know.

As always Margaritaville was fabulous! You feel like you are in a luxury resort from the moment you walk in the doors. It was relaxing and beautiful! Beach front and could see SpaceX from our room!

The staff was great and friendly. The rug in the room appeared to be not clean and some of the wait staff could have used a little more training, but over all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to everyone for the experience..... We never had our room cleaned. They came around 4:30pm wanting to clean the room after we had been out of the room since the morning. Front desk staff blah, asked about if we were getting the high floor we booked, she stated 6 is considered then placed us in a room 2 doors away from the elevator.
