Room was somewhat clean. Needed bath towels to wash. Bed was very uncomfortable. We were on 3rd floor & needed to go down to 1st for ice. Sofa bed couch very uncomfortable. Its SPI what do you expect.

Extremely convenient area everything is walking distance and the hotel was nice it’s dated for sure but has everything you and nothing you don’t

Cockroach all over the place , smell really bad but the staffs are really nice, kind of mix feeling, appreciate all the nice staff still not worth staying that’s my opinion only , very cheap for south Padre island.

Property is really run down compared to how it was even last year and years prior. Beds are lumpy and old, toilet flushing water pressure is low. Hallways are hot.

Hotel parking can be improved, a lot of dark parking spaces. One light in the room 447 kept flickering and restroom door kept jamming stuck. Other than those issues hotel was pretty good, I would recommend to others I just hope they fix the issues.
