A charming, spacious condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Large windows bathe the spacious living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the large L-shaped couch. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV or pop in a favorite movie on VHS or DVD.

Enjoy the beautiful quartz countertops and the stunning oak cabinets while exercising your culinary expertise in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 5-shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront-covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by, and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by. In the afternoon, lie back on the lounge chair for a refreshing nap while you listen to ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline.

Unwind from a fun-filled day in the primary suite. Rest on the comfortable king-size bed while watching a favorite movie on the flat-screen TV and DVD player while snug under the covers. Take advantage of the large desk with upper shelving for those who need to work or study during your stay. The primary ensuite features a beautiful quartz vanity, tub/shower combo, 5-shelf linen closet, and large walk-in closet with upper shelving and 2 twin foam mattresses for additional bedding.

In the relaxing guest bedroom, you feel as if you are still outside enjoying the ocean waves with the cool colors and ocean vibes. The guest bedroom features twin and queen-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV to play DVDs, 6 drawer dresser, a ceiling fan with dimmer lights, and a small walk-in closet with a beach umbrella.

Freshen up in the newly remodeled guest bathroom attached to the guest bedroom. Features include a gorgeous quartz vanity, drawers for storing toiletries, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a tub/shower combo.

Perfect Place to Stay
Check-in was so easy. Exactly as it showed in the listed photos. Great beach view. You had to go about a mile to exchange dirty for clean towels but there were plenty in the 2 bathrooms. I'd defiantly stay here again.

We have a wonderful stay here! The place looked just like the pictures online. The only thing I would change would be checking in. We had to check in at one location then proceeded to another for our condo but check in was quick. Great location, clean and stocked.

The condo was clean and comfortable for our family. Great location on the beach. We had an issue with the balcony doorknob being broken not opening without an adult to wrangle it. We called and the doorknob was fixed quickly while we were on the beach. Will keep this condo on our list of good places to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay in SPI! It was beautifully furnished and comfortable with a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried when I read about carpeting in the bedrooms but it was removed and replaced with LVP. I would definitely return to this condo!

Okay stay at best.
Property outside looked worn. Hot tub outside small as was the pool. The beach was horrible!! There was oil/tar everywhere. I had to throw away my swimsuit and my daughters, and three pairs of beach shoes. The unit we stayed in was clean. The washer and dryer are coin operated and out in the hallway, this is just inconvenient to us as a family. No extra blankets was also an issue, we had to go buy two more over in port Isabel because there are none on the island. Having to go to an office site place to get towels and coffee was also inconvenient so we just bought our own. So, the overall experience was not good for us as a family.

The condo was overall good, only 3 things: we couldn’t get the cable to work, there wasn’t much water pressure in the kitchen, and the cold faucet on the master bath sink was turned around and very hard to turn on and off. Other than those, we had a fantastic stay! The view was amazing, the pool was great, the location was perfect, and the beach access was so easy! I wanted to stay so much longer.

Our family loved this unit. The only draw back was the plastic sheets. I get it, people make messes, but it was distracting and made for uncomfortable sleeping. Great view, and comfy couch!

We had a nice stay. Thankfully we were outside a lot.
the location is questionable and the outside of the building as well as elevators and entryways are very very dirty and just deplorable. Our room was nice on the inside very dated but clean. The carpet was very very stand and old and needs to be replaced. Tile would be best. This was very very expensive considering how old the property is on the inside.

Would stay again but ...
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were fantastic. My favorite thing is that the balcony is wide and quite enjoyable to sit on anytime of day. While we would stay again, I think I would make the youngest family members stay in the master bedroom; my 87 year old mom and 58 year old me really did have hip/back pain from the mattress which resolved as soon as we stopped sleeping on it! In retrospect, with the mattresses in the closet, we could have laid those on top and the problem would have been solved. Or maybe a pillowtop mattress cover? I also was disappointed that, after carefully selecting a place with a wonderful view, the largest window blind in the master bedroom was inoperable. I am sure that staff would have fixed it promptly but frankly, with Covid, we weren't wanting to invite anyone into the condo. Definitely would stay again in a heartbeat.

Not a bad condo, but the building itself is quite rundown. To get to the beach, you have to go up and down a couple of staircases which is not great when carrying or pulling beach items. Additionally, you have to walk through the pool area and past first-floor open condo patios. SPI will not allow set up on beach before 9, which is unfortunate. I contacted rental company, South Padre Rentals, during our stay and they were rude and unprofessional. I won’t book a condo they manage again.

The view is terrific and the reason why I booked the place. Kitchen is a bit out dated, but worked well and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy with a friendly staff. Would stay again if back in the area.
