Broken pull out bed couch. Talked to front desk multiple times and multiple times they said it was going to get fixed. Never did get fixed. (4 night stay).

Bed horrible, no staff, rude staff, uneatable breakfast. Eggs ice cold, poor setup, staff never at counter, calling them didn’t work. Bathtub very unsafe, old, towel’s threadbare.

Would not recommend quality Inn to anyone. We asked for an ADA room we received one with a tub. The tub had no nonstick bottom on the tub or rails to get in and out of the tub safely.

The only negative issue was that our air conditioner didn't work, which made for a very uncomfortable night.

Shower/bathoom area not properly cleaned...hair still in drain Flooring missing pieces as soon as you walk in Ourside the room door there was a hole under the carpet you sink into Bed was poor, but we were soo exhausted we slept. Overall would never come here again, room was basic but hygenically questionable
