Nice Room

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for my grandchildren and they loved the gym too. A nice hearty breakfast was included. However, there were ants. We were moved to another room and there were still ants. I told the receptionist and they were having a service come out to remedy the problem.

The property is located in a area where there are a number of competing hotels. However, the food service/restaurants are limited or are shuttered. There are shopping areas in the area, but also are economically depressed. This detracts from the otherwise very well presentation of the facility.

Nice hotel!

Bed was super comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. I do wish there was someone at the front desk on a regular basis, but it seems everywhere is getting more digital and less people interaction.

One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in awhile. If they have kids staying there, be prepared to hear feet running up and down the hallways.

Great place to stay!

Comfort Suites is a wonderful place to stay. I gave all 5 stars because it was so comfortable. The staff was very personable and I noticed that the rooms had several little extra touches that made me feel cared for. This is a new hotel chain to me and I will keep my eye out for others when I'm traveling and would gladly stay at the Springfield Near Route 66 again when I'm in the area.

My first stay at the Comfort Suites Route 66 was a great experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast options were excellent, including waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, yogurts, and both apple and orange juice—a great way to start the day! I stayed in Room 318, which was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The pillows were a bit soft for my liking. The room also featured a lounge chair, a large pullout couch, and a substantial computer desk. The fridge and microwave were new, and the AC worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the summer days. The pool was warm and clean. I would gladly stay here again.
