No review really needed, because I don’t think management really cares!! The room had issues I did not like, poor lighting in kitchen area, no microwave! No anti slip pads in tub bathroom counter way too small no high racks to fry towels. Spending $934.56 for 4 nights I really expected a higher quality room Also was not offered military rate on room Kinda dissapointed

Incredible Breakfast Buffet
Clean & comfortable place to stay in Western Massachusetts. There was the most incredible breakfast buffet- eggs, bacon, fresh fruit salad with melon, blueberries, etc. , cereals, pancakes, waffles, bagels. Has indoor pool. I brought my swimsuit but didn’t have time for a swim. Staff were super friendly.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm to check-in. Even though I had a reservation (made 4 weeks in advance) and had it confirmed with hotel, we were told there were no rooms available and that a wedding group had booked 3 weeks in advance. We had no choice but to drive 2 hours home - after a very long day. The best we were given was that it was Travelocity's error. No accountability was taken even though I had spoken to the actual hotel weeks prior. I called Travelocity while in the hotel lobby and told it would be a 15 min wait for someone to speak with. After 40 mins, a representative apologized and then but me on hold another 10 mins only to be told the same information we were given at the hotel. It was now after midnight and we started our drive home. They connected us with another person who also put us on hold several times, only to be told we could drive 11 miles to the nearest available hotel room and that we would need to pay upfront. At this point I had zero faith, and said we did not want it. I was then asked if I wanted to keep my current reservation! The same reservation i had made 4 weeks prior, just spent over an hour with customer service explaining the hotel had no room for us. The problem is, as sorry as everyone told us they were, it wasnt going to change our situation. Extremely disappointed.

It started when we first got there. The lady at the desk told us the checkout time for the next day but we were there for 3 days. Did not tell us about breakfast in the morning. Then we were put next to dogs barking late at night when it wasn't busy. We only had one face cloth. The second day that we were there no made came into tidy up the bed or give us fresh towels. The last night that we were there we got fresh towels but it was another awful night with people yelling in the hallway and the people above us on the third floor were walking and pounding all over the place. I almost went out in the hall at midnight to tell them to be quiet and go it back into their rooms but it sounded like a family with kids talking from different rooms in the hallway. It was not a good experience for my husband and I and definitely will be thinking about staying elsewhere the next time we visit Massachusetts.

We didn’t check in until after midnight and the gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. room was quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower hot. All we could ask for.
