The room was clean and I'm comfortable, but the TV didn't work. They offered to Comp the room for the inconvenience which was very generous.

Hampton Inns are my hotel of choice and this one didn't disappoint. Beds were extremely comfortable, hotel was clean, staff attentive. Breakfast was hot, food was plentiful & fresh with good variety. Wheelchair accessible room checked off all the boxes: good bed height for transferring, plenty of room to maneuver, roll in shower very easy to use. Would definitely stay here again when my travels bring me back to Springfield.
