The shower had lots of hair in places, bedding and bed was uncomfortable. Limited breakfast choices (too spicy to eat)! Not many toiletries. Never received emailed receipt. Disappointed with quality for price of stay.

Reservations were made based on area and kitchen facilities. However, kitchen was not quite up to our expectations. It was thought there would be more amenities. Other than that, we had misinterpreted and was surprised to have a handicap shower. We would have preferred a regular shower. It was our error overall. Lastly, it is nice to accommodate pets but when your neighbor has a dog who continually barks, it does take away from away from home to have a peaceful stay. This was a bit disturbing, but we are tolerated the noise. If we do return, we will request a room not near another reservation with a pet. We were not at the facility other than sleeping and one other day for a good portion of day, so it was not necessary to complain or make waves. We did enjoy the facility and the breakfast amenities.

This is a perfectly adequate, clean, reasonably priced hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds (and an underwhelming shower). It is located in a shopping mall, so the ambience is… a shopping mall. If you’re looking for something historical or bucolic or unique, look elsewhere. For a reasonably priced short stay in the Amherst-Hadley area it’s just fine.
