There was NO hot water! After a full day of airports and travel, the idea of a hot shower is a hoped for goal at the end of traveling. Not so at this hotel! I reported the issue. The staff apologized and said they would have compensated me for my negative experience. However, since I booked and paid through Expedia they had no way to compensate me. I know Expedia sure won’t compensate!

Very nice hotel- updated!! Staff was excellent and very helpful! Breakfast was great- staff for breakfast was excellent as well!! Pool and hot tub were well taken care of!! Only complaint was the key cards kept having to be re loaded

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. We got a family suite for 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. We arrive around 10pm and the pool was still open which was nice and convenient so the kids could swim for a bit to let some energy out after being on the road for several hours. The breakfast was good in the morning also. We would stay at this facility again.
