Tiny black bugs and roach!

The room, on the surface, appeared cleaned. After an hour we started to see tiny black bugs throughout thr room and bathroom and to top it off there was a roach on a wall. We checked out in a hurry. Also, the elevator was dirty, in need of a thorough scrubbing, floor and walls. Ketchup was splattered on the wall and floor. Finally, the TV was difficult to maneuver. The receptionist was apologetic and helpful. We will not stay at Best Western again.

This hotel was not right for me and my family.

My family and I just chose this hotel because we were otw back home from a long road trip and it was located just off I95. This is not the type of hotel that is meant for more than one night. I've been using hotels.com for over 15 years and the ratings on this hotel are all wrong. The staff was kind. The entire hotel is surrounded by construction. The lobby smells like a nursing home and I can say that because I am a fire fighter and have been in and out of nursing homes my entire career. This is a last option hotel. I would not stay here ever again even if it was free. Our room door gives a bit. Its not a complete locked in type feeling so I had to baracade the door with a table and sofa chair. I am not a complainer but this hotel is only designated for people who really don't gives a "crap" on where they are staying. My security and comfort are worth more than that!

Wending machines didn’t accept credit cards. Breakfast choices were terrible. Bath tab shower was broken and no one was repairing it during our stay. During the shower complete bathroom would be under water. The door of the bathroom are damaged due to the moisture and not able to close. Pillows size terrible.

The lady attending the breakfast was absolutely kind, clean and very polite and friendly. My kids got up late for breakfast and she got them food. That's above and beyond.

Staff is great & attentive to guest complaints. Overall, stay was ok for 1 night but we had little bugs in our room by the desk area & bathroom counters. Didn’t look like bed bugs or ants but they were annoying when trying to eat or leaving water out for too long. Only stayed a night & glad i didn’t stay longer. Beside that, stay was average.

There is a lot of construction in the area which made getting to the property difficult. Had I known this, I would've booked a different hotel. There were also a lot of transient people hanging around outside, which made me uneasy about leaving my vehicle unattended.

Empty Nesters trip

Hard to get to property with construction. VERY dirty floors. Breakfast was good and clean. Good coffee machine out of service. Other coffee was ok but creamers pods were bad so I had to throw out several cups. . Gym out of service. Lobby dark and no lamps lit - I guess to save $. Desk clerks not very helpful. Property ok for a quick overnight.
