Exactly what you expect
The pool was undergoing a remodel and the rooms were very basic nothing special. It is exactly the type of room you want if you're not spending time in it. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was satisfying. All in its a fine place to stay but its exactly as you would expect minus the pool remodel. The pool would have been the cherry for us.

The staff were friendly/attentive. The room was clean and bed so comfortable. The breakfast bar was perfect with many choices. The hotel signage is understated/simple/quiet which reflected a peaceful and relaxed stay.

I liked being able to have a tub/shower combo in the bathroom when many U.S. hotels seem to have a lot of "shower only" rooms. The room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and at a very reasonable cost. The customer service was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we saw our sink was not draining and the hotel manager very quickly set us up in a different room. Breakfast was good.
