Wifi didn't work in my room so they offered to move me, but I chose not to move. I later learned that the TV in my room didn't work either but by then it was way too late to consider moving to another room

Whole property is ran down, beds are old and squeak, burn marks in the sheets, spots on the mattress, room smells, can’t turn the ac on because someone is smoking weed outside and the smell comes into the room. If I hadn’t prepaid for this room, my family and I would be leaving. Stay far away from this place.

I recently contacted the hotel to speak with the manager, but Miguel informed me that he couldn't disclose the manager's name. After multiple attempts to reach someone at the hotel, with no response, I escalated the issue to corporate. This was the first time in all my travels that I’ve experienced a hotel failing to answer their phone. To make matters worse, the sink in our room was leaking, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. Without notifying us or requesting permission, the staff entered our room to address the issue. After attempting to fix it, they proceeded to accuse us of lying about the problem. This has been the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever encountered.

The tub was clogged, towels were dirty, when going to the front desk for help, they were smug and unfriendly. Let them know I would leave an honest review and just said go ahead, obviously I am not a first complaint, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

Dont stay here!
Do not stay here. This place is filthy, the mattress was caved in and we had ants in our room. I also think some people actually live here. The person above us let their child ride their scooter back and forth and scream till all hours of the night. Rooms next door were out smoking weed and having a party right outside our door. This is by far, the WORST place I've ever stayed at! We barely slept and felt unsafe.

I was charged a huge fee after my booking price l because of a misunderstanding between the property management and myself. They stated I who was in violation of one of the rules about having pets on the property, must pay immediately or leave. Before they even contacted me they tried to run my card two separate times for a different amount. Clearly, a money grab for sure.
