Staff was great. Everyone was always super nice and helpful. Room was great. We stayed a week to visit Zion NP, which is only about a 30 min drive there.

Best hotel front desk service ever.
This hotel has the best front desk service we ever experienced. Hotel is clean, and beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is excellent with plenty of supplies. This hotel is only 25 minutes from Zion park entrance.

On check in, Julie was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions. The room was beautiful and roomy. The 4th floor was great for sunrise and sunset photos. The complimentary continental breakfast that sent us on our way was a nice benefit, also.

Stayed only for a night however our stay and the service we had was excellent. Had a 1 Bedroom King size located on 4 floor was phenomenal. Room was clean. You have a microwave and a decent size fridge in the room. They serve breakfast that was a plus with fruits, sandwich along with your typical bread and food for kids. Overall, I would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had a room booked for 2 days but needed to cancel the second day. Prior to cancelling we confirmed with the lady at the front desk that we will be refunded our amount in full. A representative from hotels.com also spoke to her and she confirmed the same. One day later the manager denied the refund. They flat out lie about their policies and do not own up to any mistakes on their end. The manager Yash also lied about his name for some reason and told me to "get lost" when confronted about his employees misleading statements. PLEASE make sure you book through a 3rd party if you must stay here. Hotels.com at least were extremely understanding and refunded half the amount for us. Overall horrible experience and avoid at all cost. Furthermore the breakfast was mediocre at best and they have someone yelling at guests to take only one breakfast sandwich. Horrible experience.
