The staff was beyond awesome in more ways than one... Nice old place! Full of character and well placed. Probably the only thing I could speak negative was being out of bacon at breakfast when I came down 15min before it was over.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family and it was a great stay. Breakfast was good and the coffee/tea station was available till a decent time. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was great only 5-10 min drive to the beach and parking was convenient and easy. Pool was good but the are cpuld be more upkept and clean.

Crystal Bay was such a cute hotel. Every encounter with a staff member was amazing, they were all so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were super clean and parking was free!

I loved the staff! They were so friendly!! The chef made my friend a special coffee during breakfast. The charm of the hotel made it a place we didn’t even want to leave! A picture perfect garden and our room had a little water view which was a bonus! They treated us like royalty and made us feel like we were in a real resort! The pool was small but refreshing and the only downside was the pool sat right by a busy road so there was traffic zooming by. Other than that it was perfect and worth the money !

Lovely Historical Hotel
It was my 2nd time at this property. Such a beautiful old hotel. I was upgraded to a veranda deluxe room which was a wonderful surprise. I have one daughter in Historic Kenwood and another in Brighton Bay. This hotel’s location isn’t super convenient to other of those neighborhoods but I will happily stay here anytime I’m in town.

Charming and comfortable. Coffee is important to mecso I was disappointed that twice the coffee urns in breakfast area were empty and not quickly replenished. In room coffee would make this property great!
