The only positive is its proximity to PSU. Other than that everything else is unbearable. Property is not well maintained and is dirty. Breakfast is not at par with other breakfast-included properties. There are going to be more visits to PSU and I definitely do not consider staying here again

The location of the property was perfect included parking and breakfast. Breakfast was average. We had to cut short our stay because we couldn't deal with the smell in the room.IT was there as soon as we opened the door. But the night check in person did not give us any other option. The smell made me wonder about the cleanliness or mold. It seems ground floor was worse than second floor.

For a discount hotel, it was clean, desk staff were wonderful and breakfast was included. Even though I didn’t bring my dog it’s only $25 extra for a a pet, not weight limit. So glad to hear that option exists.

Our carpet was soaked with either a spill or leak from the bathroom and the staff quickly moved us to a different room.

The rooms are clean but need updating. However, the room had a bad smell probably from the carpeting. Convenient location if visiting the university. Way over priced since we booked the room during college visit for fall semester move-in day.

Superb hotel uplifted by amazing staff

Perfect location, being close to University and downtown.. Big and clean rooms, functional breakfast, lots of eating options close by, such as Subway, McDonald's, Wendy's etc. The property has amazing staff who would fit right in into any Hyatt or Marriott staff in any big city....

Everything was great. Front desk was always helpful. The breakfast was ok but unlike most places it stayed open past 8 am! I think I came out of my room around 9:30 and was still able to get coffee!
