Walls are thin, heavy doors would slam, no control of the thermostat- we were very hot. The bathroom was tiny and we were not told of the parking charge, it was a daily charge. Limited food options

Not worth it!
Rooms were still branded for Hard Rock Casino with not so tasteful art. Room did not have refrigerator and was very warm, AC did not work. Parking was not easy, no valet available either.

Our first night stay there was something wrong the ac unit, but the manager Anna made sure we had a different room. She made us feel so comfortable and was very nice. Exceptional customer service. We will be back for sure.
