The balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a set of twin bunk beds. Great place to enjoy sunsets
Property had everything we wanted and more. Boat ramp, dock space, parking, pool, just an overall great place. Would totally recommend it and plan to stay again. Not to mention the property manager Emily was so responsive, proactive, and helpful.

2023 Scallop Trip
Overall we loved the property and Emily was great to work with! The first unit we were in could have had a few more extras such as wash clothes and laundry baskets, porch is too crowed with furniture that made it was difficult to enjoy and move around and the cleanliness of the condo seemed rushed maybe due to it being a turnover but the second unit we moved into since we wanted to stay a few days and Emily will able to accommodate was perfect. All in all nothing major and we look forward to staying again.

Early Father’s Day trip
The place is very spacious and easily accessible. Nice amenities for the property with some covered parking, boat ramp on property and boat slips. It’s at the end of the idle zone which is nice. It’s a blessing and a curse to not have Wi-Fi access, trying to get messages home can be tough at times but generally able to, I’m sure some providers are better than others. The balcony was so nice to hang, bring your thermacell or bug spray during twilight. We would gladly stay here again.

Steinhatchee Fishing Retreat
Felt this was a great location and set up for a fishing adventure. The ramp and dock were pretty good, but a little challenging for a 27' boat. Smaller boats would be fine. This unit did not have wifi or a television with national networks (that we could find). But that was not a huge deal. Otherwise, the unit at 3 BR/2Bath was nice for 3 guys. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. A couple of small things were addressed with management company but did not influence our stay. If you have a choice, 1st floor (which is upstairs) is preferrable to 2nd. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience
We had a great experience at this condo. Gulf Breeze is by far our favorite location to stay in Steinhatchee and this unit did not disappoint. There were updates that were not featured in the property photos that were a pleasant surprise to us like a new front end loading washer/dryer, king bed in the guest room instead of a queen, new dining room table and updated decor. The patio door was a little tricky but the instructions on the door were helpful. We will definitely be back.

Needs some work
I have stayed in many condos in Steinhachee this was the worse. Loved the location and the amenties. Unit needs some work, back door was broke and notes on the glass how to use the broke door, outdoor furniture rotten, the living room furniture very uncomfortable. Highly recommend the condos just not this unit.
