The hotel smelled like bug spray. House keeping did not clean the bathroom. There was hair on the sink and in the shower. Gross!

We were upgraded to a suite due to patch work being finished on the ceiling in the original room. The front desk requested representative informed us and gave us the option to decrease the room fee or upgrade us to a suite. We thank you for providing us with options.

Was at this hotel 3 nights, maid service was inconsistent, had to request towels 2 of 3 nights and they completely missed maid service one night after telling us they would return due to us being in the room a little later in the morning.
