Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy access to the interstate. Entire hotel has been completely renovated. I would’ve given the property 5 stars but the room didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch and we had to get it ourselves, the breakfast was extremely limited, and the elevator was a bit rickety. We would probably stay there again though.

Many good things no coffee pot no glasses

The room was clean, basically comfortable. We have never been in any state in our life that didn’t have glasses to take your medication‘s or to drink water with. That was terrible. Additionally, they’re even though they have a microwave they have refrigerator. They have no coffee pot that is also unacceptable. They have a lot of state of yard things connections for your iPhone, etc. but no glass for water. No coffee should be thought completely by management of this chain or whoever owns this. The staff was very accommodating. Also, I don’t know why the heck our air-conditioning was set at 64 and we tried to get it up to 70.

The Nightmare Inn

The bathroom floor was dirty. The tub was clogged. The elevator hasn't been serviced in 3yrs and you can tell when it tried to go down and the doors weren't closed. The prostitutes outside relax in the lobby and leave condoms on the ground. The night time office staff wasn't friendly and didnt want to give receipts for money i paid.I would add a photo but this site isn't letting me.

The room itself was very clean, comfortable and nice. It lacked a coffee machine which is a downer if you want coffee before getting dressed. The hotel was under renovation, so several amenities were unusable such as the gym and staircase; and the elevator was a bit unsafe feeling (probably from being unfinished with the flooring and walls. It was unclear that they were under renovation when booking the place. Service was nice and while the kitchen was unfinished, they still provided a bagged 'breakfast". Staff was very kind and friendly. Location is great as well. I would go back however I will make sure it's done with renovation!

Like: staff, all of them professional, courteous, kind and prompt. Dislike: they were in the middle of a remodel (completely understandable) but the bathroom in the remodeled room was cramped and small. It was the smallest toilet I’ve ever seen in my life. One step above an Elmo potty. And you had to hold the lid open or risk peeing all over the seat.
