Good last-minute stay

We stayed here just one night because we did not feel it was safe to enter the room that we had booked elsewhere in Sumter, so we checked in with only what we were wearing and had to return to our other motel the next morning when it felt safe.

Spring break!

This hotel is nice and clean, recently remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful. We brought a small dog and appreciated that there was no extra charge. The only downside to the stay was the motorcycle noise. We were there during spring and did not think about motorcycle rallies and events. The bikes were loud and arriving throughout the night and leaving in the early morning. No fault of the hotel, just something to consider if you are traveling during spring break! Overall a great and pleasant stay!

The fridge kept kicking on and off all night, making a rattling noise which kept us awake most of the night.

In the daytime the property was nice and quiet. When I entered the room there were dead bugs on the floor. There were cigarette holes or burn holes in the sheets. The covers smelled like they were never clean the pillows smelled like they were never cleaned. The room was Dusty. The air conditioner was filthy. The room just wasn't clean at all. And night as it got close tonight time it was very noisy. The whole parking lot full of loud music out next door neighbors were loud blasting music. Everything was just loud The prices were decent for the stay but that's all

We got in around 9 pm and were out by 7 am. and both times I had to wake the attendant. The room was clean and floor looks new. The microwave is on the frig needs to be addressed, as it vibrated all night, on and off. No breakfast offered, and I think it was part of purchase. I gave them a 25.00 deposit , and did not receive correct change and had to ask for my deposit back when leaving.
