There was no hot water available for the shower no matter how long you waited. The breakfast was minimal, and the ice machine did not work.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, the property was clean. Only complaint, the WiFi coverage and throughput is bad, not usable for remote work.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but clearly someone had been smoking in it. Bed had that smoker odor, made it very hard to sleep. Shampoo in the shower was empty. Pool area was clean and a bit shaded. Overall wasn’t the best place we have stayed, but not the worst.
