Parking is terrible. We were unable to exit the front parking lot for a long period of time because the hotel allowed cars to park in unauthorized spaces. Room was dirty. Could hear other room doors closing. For a non-smoking hotel, I could smell the stench of marijuana use throughout the hallway. In fact, instead of staying we changed our plans and left after the event i attended and didn't even sleep there

Do not recommend this Comfort Inn

Much deferred maintenance, and run down looking. Carpeting felt sticky, the pipes made knocking noises and hot water was intermittent. The AC fan was inconsistent and noisy, but needed to be on in order block out the traffic on the street. Shampoo/conditioner and soap was provided. One of the worst Comfort Inns I have stayed in. Internet worked for one hour upon arrival, after that it did not work the remainder of our stay which was a problem as we needed it to research area in more detail. The breakfast was worst hotel “free” breakfast we have had except the coffee, which was exceptionally good for hotel coffee. Eggs were actually burned. Hotel smelled like marijuana smoke despite no smoking policy. Do not recommend this Comfort Inn. We stayed in a different Comfort Inn two days beforehand in a different city and it was spotless and nearly perfect. What a contrast!

The property is ok for its purpose. Very limited parking. The room are completely dated circa 1980. Needs a reno especially for the prices you pay to stay. The walls are paper thin. The guest next to me kept banging all night long. No real sleep happened. The beds are comfortable though.

Wouldn’t stay here again

the photos online and 4 star reviews led me to book with this hotel however when I arrived at the hotel, I was ignored by three staff behind the counter. I had booked a room with a queen sized mattress which looked much more like a full sized mattress. I asked for a larger bed and was told they’d love me to a room with a “king” which again, was definitely not a king but a standard queen. The AC was broken in the second room. The hotel is outdated and looks kind of dirty. Noise travels through all the rooms and we could hear a dog in the room two doors down from us our whole stay. TV has no streaming services or screen mirroring options available and only offers direct tv which was a bit disappointing. Bed was comfortable and the room served its purpose but I would not stay here again.

For the price and location it's a solid hotel, but it's tight and limited parking. This part of Long Island is very convenient to the North Shore and 30 minutes from the city.
