It was good. Could have had an extra trash can in the living/bed area. Toiletries were very nice. Staff very very pleasant and accommodating with the airport shuttle.

Tried several times to call the front desk without getting a response. The shower floor was not properly cleaned. The shuttle service worked well the 1st day but was “unavailable” the 2nd day.

I was appalled at the cleanliness of the bathroom - black and pink mould around the base of the shower, straight up hair and other stuff in the shower (was it even cleaned prior to us coming? I don’t think so), shower handle fell off, water was 6 inches deep in the shower - would not drain. Brought these concerns to the head of the cleaning department and nothing was changed. The continental breakfast was also very poor: out of pancakes, cinnamon buns and orange juice. The poor woman in charge of the dining room was working hard but could not manage the lack of items at the facility. Will not come back.

This Holiday Inn did not measure up to our standards. After waiting over 30 minutes (due to a computer crash) for our room we discovered an empty bottle in the room and other small trash items on the floor. (somebody missed some sweeping). Breakfast was much less than I expected and the entire property feels in need of renovation. It was our most expensive hotel on our recent trip (perhaps due to the State Fair?) but I would not stay here again.

Not the best Holiday Inn we've stayed at.

It looked like the hotel was undergoing renovation. However, the bathroom fan cover was missing, the A/C unit cycled on and off continuously, and the sound isolation was inadequate, as we could easily hear the guests directly above us. The location, however, was very convenient to the airport.

Front desk unstaffed for 20 to 30 minutes, person in lobby said desk person drove someone to grocery store. Youth team staying at hotel banging on doors and throwing ice on doors, apparently no cameras or security to identify. Got to hotel and they were playing room roulette, moving peoples rooms to accomadate, had given our room away and moving someone else to get our room back.
