One room with a king size bed, the second room with a queen size bed, the third room with two twin beds and the 4th bedroom is the master with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The house is 1.3 miles away from the civic center. It is close to FAMU, the Governors Mansion and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Additionally, it is walking distance from restaurants and shops. Great spot for parents to drop off their kids to begin college, visit them or see them graduate. Ideal residence for college sport fans during football and basketball season.
