This property was perfect for our stay to move in my daughter. It's right outside of the hustle near the campus, yet in a safe area near many dining options and shopping. My only complaint would be the person who checked us in. She was curt and rude, barely spoke to us and was not very welcoming. Aside from her, the room was comfortable and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This Hilton property was not up to par with others. The pool was closed for renovations (no mention in any emails or in the app). Staff just handed us our keys-didn’t even point us in the direction of the elevators. The staff was more interested in talking to one another.

What’s going on Hilton 😡

Bathroom not clean and not fully stocked in the shower with amenities. Hair in shower and sink. Went to make tea Keruig was unclean. Pool was not available for use - was not stated on sight otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.

I think $177 for a King room with a jacuzzi is too much for the quality of the room. The shower needed some serious CLR. The sofa was all stained up and the mattress was definitely due to be replaced. The jacuzzi however was wonderful and surprisingly large.

The staff was super accommodating and pleasant. They made our stay the best they could. From a cleanliness perspective there were two issues: on one bed there was hair; they had someone come immediately and rectify this issue. The air unit needed some attention; there was black stains within. I did request the room be serviced after the first night; was told it would be but later in the evening upon returning to the room no service had been done. Was told my room was marked for service every other day which made no sense as we were only there for 2 nights. Would definitely stay again; the above items were small in relation to what could have gone wrong.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk clerk after I challenged the “pet fee” charge that wasn’t on the booking website that they obviously allow to sell rooms. 75 dollars for one night for my 9 lb dog. Very rude and offered nothing to help out since I had a non refundable booking. Shift manager wouldn’t even come speak with me about it face to face . Very disappointing and will be disputing charges! Hotel is nice and well maintained but unfortunately staff needs to learn how to be a little more accommodating for their guests
