While Hilton properties are generally good, it’s the staff that made this stay awesome. Customer service was #1. After booking my stay for two night. I had to extend my stay a couple of times due to unplanned events. The staff not only extended my reservation each time I requested, they also gave me an additional discount.

The room was very minimalist but that works for some people. A second reading light on the other side of the bed would have been nice.

Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing. Left my purse downstairs at breakfast and they returned it completely as I left it.

At the time I booked this hotel, it was rated 5 stars/Exceptional. Staff were super nice, breakfast was good/average hotel breakfast. My biggest complaint is about the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable! I stay in a lot of hotels and have never had a problem but these beds were horrible. Will not be back.

This is a bare bones place. No closet, just a short piece of pipe and hooks on the wall. No microwave — had to heat my burrito with the iron. Pump shampoo and body wash, which is okay, but no lotion and a lot of us need lotion after driving all day.
