Gross. Dirty walls and doors. Spiderwebs in bathroom and near the windows. Chipped paint and unfinished walls (spackle that needs to be sanded and painted).

The customer service was really Amazing really nice people but me & my family left because the room was not clean the hot tub was filthy . That hotel is for someone whose looking for an emergency stay

The rooms online looked very nice. In person at least my room was disgusting. I’m surprised a reputable name like Wyndham is attached. The property is uneven broken pavement. The room was noisy from the outside highway and people hanging out. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The mirror hadn’t been cleaned and was full of toothpaste, finger prints and snot. The toilet seat was cracked in half. The shower curtain rod was a makeshift DIY special that was bent so awkwardly that it didn’t stay in place so the whole bathroom flooded. I quickly left.

Worst hotel room condition. someone knocking the door in the middle of night. incompetent front desk , no in room equipment works properly, door latches are broken. I doubt even towels are clean.

The staff is very nice, however the property seems run down. The bathroom light fixture was coming off the wall, the handle in the shower was coming off when you turned it, and the room smelled like poop and smoke. The breakfast is marginal at best. The staff were very sweet.

The ac leaked making the room smell moldy and it squealed when it came on. The door you can see daylight all the way around. The fridge needed to be deiced. Broken bathroom tiles.

The place is safe, quiet and I like the view alongside the mountains. The room has no closet no mini kitchen and couch. continental breakfast is limited and no food for kids like pancake or waffle. Outside along the doors is stink.

The door was open when we arrived. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no lock on the balcony door, just a chain lock which could be easily broken in to.

Place is falling apart and has been for years. Stayed one night woke up to not being able to use the bathroom cuz Toilet overflowed got sent to a different room where you couldn’t even take a shower if you are over 5 ft 5! Curtain wouldn’t stay closed or open water everywhere. Only one washing machine and one dryer that’s costs $3 in change but they don’t have change to give you at the desk. I used to love coming here but now it’s just a crap hope cheap hotel. We couldn’t even enjoy the jacuzzi room we paid more for because we got moved due to flood and the jacuzzi was so loud it vibrated the whole room it was not soothing at all. This also changed. We stay here every 4 yrs or so.
