Nice property and staff. I didn’t understand, why have an online check in that I completed and said I would just walk in and grab my key, only to do the whole check in when I arrived. Anyway, I always love La Quinta propertys.

The hotel did not inform us in advance the room we booked was not available. They “upgraded” us from our king to two queens. It wasn’t an upgrade because we don’t need two queens and they refused to compensate us. The option was basically get a refund and get out. It was 9pm and we had no where to go so we had to stay. If the property gave us the notification in advance, then we would have gone with another hotel. When we did get our room, it had a burnt out light bub so lighting was horrible. Honestly, don’t go to this hotel and possibly any la Quinta.

Upon walking into the hotel the front desk worker looked annoyed while he was checking in my friend and I. The room itself smelled old. I found a brown stain on my sheets. The bed and pillows were not comfortable as they were hard. I did appreciate how quiet the room was and how it is located near the freeway.

The property was nice and very convenient for my trip. however, I don't like not having access to housekeeping. I only had my room serviced once. The left 3 bath towels and 1 was dirty. I had to go to the front desk for kleenex.

Door deadlock did not work. Floor was dirty. Airconditioner was very noisy with a high pitched screech. No hand towels in the room. Shower spigets were not properly turned off so when shower was turned on, water shot straight out and flooded floor.
