Although we booked a 2 night stay through Hotels.com while checking in we were immediately put off by the attitude of the desk clerk and prescence of plastic barriers between attendant & the public. There was a requirement to scan/photograph my drivers license prior to registering, a statement of limited room attendant attention, and the off hand remark that the plastic barrier was in place to insulate from unruly customers. We chose to abandon our non-refundable 2 night stay & went elsewhere.
