Service sucked, tbey juat want you in and out.
We stayed for our anniversary. Asked if they could do anything for the event that said no. Ask for a nice view. I got the parking structure. Bathroom pipes gurgled all night and bathroom smelled like sewer. Told them at check out and theh said next time tell them sooner.

Pala casino is a great place for a quick getaway. Rooms are nice parking is convenient and staff is very friendly. Spent the night then went to Temecula wine country for the day. It was great

The some staff was not as friendly as others. The drink girl did not stop. The front counter guy was not informative. The greeter at the elevator, the cashiers and the people that helped me with my player card were excellent.
