It wasn't really a pleasure trip this time but we like this chain. I have worked in the hotel business long enough to know that no property is perfect no matter how expensive. We had one minor glitch and the staff took care of it quickly and it was greatly appreciated. We checked in just before the "5:30 Kickback" ended and so we were glad we were able to do that. The food was excellent for the Kickback and breakfast.

This hotel is located next to three others such as comfort Inn and La Quinta. When I checked in the staff was average. The room is beyond dated furniture is all nicked up. Wallpaper is coming loose tub shower look like they’re from the 70s. Mattress was OK, but the pillows were about the cheapest ones you can get off of Amazon. They weren’t even the nicer pillows that you get most places anymore and this is supposed to be a premium brand. Save yourself Some money and stay at one of the newly remodel ones around the area. I have been wanting to try this brand for a long time because I’ve always heard it is great. I have no comprehension of why it’s rated so high.

This hotel is beautiful, the hot tub and pool look brand new. Lots of chairs there to relax. Great breakfast and lovely room, it’s a TEN!

I was extremely impressed with the staff at this hotel. They are extremely attentive and it shows in all areas. The lobby is beautiful and well maintained.

Took a bit of time to check-in but was quick once another front desk person came to help. The room was clean, shower could have more water pressure and there is no fan in shower room. AC worked great. Good wifi.

We just had a quick over night stay. The staff are friendly. The bartender was helpful and friendly. A $50 dollar pet fee is really steep and over the top.
