When I checked into my room the remate did not work. The front desk clerk brought me another one. The room heater was noisy, the water pressure was low, The bathroom sink drained slowly. The staff was very nice and friendly.

We stay at this location when traveling to visit family. Pet friendly, clean and convenient location. Front desk help extremely helpful when tv would not work, apparently a guest unplugged the cables, as was also the case with a lamp. Breakfast was decent.

Great hotel in a convenient location. My complaint is regarding the upkeep and cleanliness of the bathroom. All of the dispensers were empty, the base of the shower caulking was in poor condition, and the shower leaked from the bottom of the door. For the amount of money families pay for hotel rooms, I would expect all details to be checked. Yes, I made the front desk aware and the gentleman said he would talk to his manager about discounting the room. Have yet to hear anything.
