My 2 sons have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past couple of months & they have nothing but great things to say about this hotel~But they especially said the staff is "Incredibly AWESOME" to them every time they stay & they LOVE LOVE LOVE the breakfast! They are thankful that the staff has been so great to them because theyve had a few really bad experiences lately with another local hotel & were treated so poorly at the other one it really upset them so its very refreshing that the Tewksbury Fairfield Inn has been so wonderful-Thank you!

Aside from the construction being done in the inside and outside of the hotel it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. Overall good experience

My Aunts 100 Birthday
My reservation was from Monday the 18th to Thursday the 22. First the hotel is under renovation, the only the back entrance was available. I had no hot water for the first 3 days, it turns out the valve in the shower was installed backwards and no one knew. I had hot water if I set it to "cold". It took them 3 days to figure it out. The business center was non-existent so I couldn't check emails or print boarding passes. On the first day my best friend's mom died. He lives 2 miles from the airport, so I changed plans to stay with him Thursday night. The Hotel would not refund my money for the day early. I was told there was no way to print a receipt for my stay so that I could protest the hotel. The room and bed were clean..that's the only good thing I can say.

They were remodeling so I have to walk around the building to go to the temporary front desk in the back. I was given a room on the 5th floor with one slow elevator. I had to go to the front desk attendant multiple times because he couldn't even program the door key right, and it would not open the room.
