- We had to switch rooms 3 times: the first room already had other people living in it, the 2.nd room was a double although we specifically requested a twin, the 3rd. Room (120) was filthy (cramped, garbage and dirth behind the beds, broken door to the washroom, non existent view above the roof of some maintaince area; - after moving 3 times we got a 4th room which was lovely although there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom; - huge tip: get yourselves a room in the 5-storey building rather than 8-storey part of the hotel (difference is immense including hight of ceilings, size of rooms, furniture, size of windows): - the breakfast was good (freshly pressed orange juice, smoothies, although fish dishes (hearing or salmon) by the sea were missing for a 4* hotel); - staff was friendly and cooperative.

Just Why?
Check in was at 3, but it was closer to 4:00 before they had a room ready. Front desk staff obviously knew who I was and why I was at The Hague, and the rhetoric, harassment, and witness intimidation followed from the mouths of the paid staff! Very upsetting.

Perfectly situated at the end of the tram lines from central The Hague and a few metres from the beach. Nice clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Only one of two elevators at our end of the hotel working but it wasn’t busy so not a problem.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt recht gut, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die zentrale Lage war sehr gut, allerdings hat man auch sehr viel Straßenlärm mitbekommen. Was uns allerdings negativ aufgefallen ist: Die Terrasse lud nicht gerade zum Frühstücken ein, im hinteren Bereich lag viel Unrat rum und Service erfolgte draußen garnicht, die Fenster waren sowas von dreckig, dass wir hierüber echt erschrocken waren. Dann wurde uns auf Nachfrage, wann die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, mitgeteilt, dass dies erst ab der 2ten Nacht erfolgt ( gebucht hatten wir 3 Nächte) und wenn man auch am Strand ist, duscht man schön öfter und da sind frische Handtücher toll. Ebenfalls auf Nachfrage, ob wir Gläser ins Zimmer bekommen könnten, wurden wir auf die Zahnputzgläser verwiesen, doch daraus zu trinken😅😅😅- das geht garnicht. Aber dann wurde gesagt, wir können auch Gläser aus der Bar holen- erschien uns besser.😳 Ein weiterer Negativpunkt war, dass das Schwimmbad zu hatte, wegen Renovierungsarbeiten- grundsätzlich ja ok, hätten jedoch erwartet, dass es irgendwo im Vorfeld (Website) kenntlich gemacht worden wäre.

Kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt. Bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar. Niet blij mee, maar een tussenoplossing was dat we apart beddengoed zouden krijgen. Dit was voor 16 uur. Toen we terug op de kamer kwamen om 23.15 uur was er niks geregeld. Receptie gebeld en niemand nam op. Terug naar beneden en men snapte er niks van. Uiteindelijk beddengoed gehad en moesten we ons eigen bed opmaken. Vloer in de kamer niet netjes. Ontbijt staat op de website tot 12 uur op vrijdag. Dit blijkt tot 11 uur te zijn! Heel snel moeten ontbijten. Geen ontspannende ervaring. Zeer teleurgesteld
