I love the Waterloo area for its convenience and proximity to all of the exciting things to do in London which is only a walk, a train ride, or a taxi ride away at not a great expense. I stayed at this location last year and they have made several upgrades. One of the things I did not like at all is that the bed in my room I could feel the springs in the mattress. When I complained the hotel manager jumped right into action and had a new mattress sent to my room, For which I am thankful! The biggest change is that they have eliminated the business center which means there are no computers to handle business in the hotel at all. Since I was on a business trip this was very disappointing and I had to keep taking my laptop to the front desk for them to give it a charge in the office. I don't think that any hotel should ever eliminate a business center entirely! And for these reasons I may not stay at this hotel again even though their breakfast is Bar None the best I have experienced at any one of these chains. Their housekeeping was inconsistent due to staffing issues and I had to call the front desk for more towels, toilet paper, and plastic bags for my trash. I don't mind that so much because I don't need my room made up everyday, however it is nice to return to a room with fresh towels and garbage emptied after a long day.

Very standard Hampton Inn with a good US breakfast. Our room had a window that looked directly and exclusively at a concrete wall 2 feet away, but at least it had nice curtains!

Hotel was lovely and the room was clean with plenty of towels supplied for showers .Used the restaurant for evening meal which was very nice and plentiful, Breakfast , there was a lot to choose from. Location was perfect, about 10 mins walk from the London eye. Definitely use this hotel again for our next visit.

The room was clean and the decor was modern and appealing. The air conditioning was very welcome during the unreasonably hot weather. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is conveniently located, underground is walking distance. There’s so many restaurants to choose from. There’s just some things missing, there's no fridge in the room and there’s no microwave even in the dining area. And there’s nothing to hang your clothes when you take a shower. But overall we are satisfied. Will recommend to friends.

I stayed for 5 nights and this hotel is super convenient. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, bakery and close to bus and train stations. The room is comfortable with friendly and helpful staffs. There was a minor clog in the shower drain and the front desk immediately sent a maintenance crew to my room and was fixed within 10 mins. The hotel is well-managed with highly trained experience staff. I also love the breakfast variety, tasted good and has freshly made smoothy. I would return to this hotel again.

It was the worst experience ever. The system was down, so no card key for access. We had to seek support from front desk to get access to our room every single time we were out for sight seeing or dinning. The staff told us that the system should resume on next day morning but didn’t happen! We booked a room for 2 adult and 1 kid, with sofa bed, but the bed was not readily unfolded and the bedsheet was not a newly washed on, that's unacceptable! Water pressure was low even we were on lower floor. No USB charging port from the sockets, only 1 USB charging port available from the TV port, which means we had to switch on the TV whole night in order to charge our devices. Long queue for the breakfast time, be prepared. Charging £2xx per night with such service, I’d rather go for Premier Inn Waterloo which offer better service.
