Checked in a room that wasn’t cleaned yet got moved to another room that appeared clean but when opened up the sofa bed we had dirty sheets on it and old food in the fridge. TV channels didn’t work because no signal and the furniture are in bad shape.

We had stayed several nights and had to ask for shampoo, soap, and towels. No one came in to clean, pick up dirty towels, or empty the trash. We had to get our towels and soap and shampoo ourselves going down three floors. A cleaning rag was left on the counter of our sink in the bathroom.

One of the beds in our room had sheets thst were dirty or never changed. Nya, the hotel concierge brought up sheets and we made the bed ourselves. She was helpful given she was by herself. All other places were clean and well kept.
