The staff was exceptional! Always smiling, professional and ready to help! The front desk attendant who checked me on at 8 pm on Friday night was so exceptional he even went out of his way to help me download a video file to a flash drive of some photos of my recently deceased brother who we were in town to attend his service! My old brain doesn’t recall names as well anymore but he deserved some recognition. Again can’t remember the name of the lady who checked me out on Sunday but she was on crutches and was incredibly helpful friendly and courteous. Kudos to your staff’

Remote trouble

Accommodations were good. Our tv remote in the suite bedroom didn’t change the channel. Had to manually adjust from behind the dresser. Otherwise was a good stay.

Pretty sure our room had bed bugs. My mom woke up to something biting her neck. I woke up to my wrist itching and like 8 bites that were welted. We checked the beds and didn’t see anything. However the bites came from somewhere and not seeing anything doesn’t mean much.
